Austin Healey MK2 3000cc BJ7 that was completely restored.

This 1963 Big Healey 3000 MK2 Roadster is a great car to drive.

The car has undergone a complete restoration in recent years according to factory specifications and the colors and interior codes were fully respected.

In my opinion, the MK2 is one of the most beautiful because the old dashboard was still used and the car now has rotating handles to roll up the windows.

The suspension also hangs lower than subsequent models, making this car look sportier and a lot of fun to drive.

The British Motor Industry Heritage Trust is present with the car as well as a complete folder with documents and information about this car.

It has been driven very occasionally. This explains the beautiful optics, excellent technical and strong structural condition with only 5500km on the odo meter.

This classic British Roadster is an icon when it comes to the spirit of the times where sports cars were really used for sporty driving and for private individuals to participate in well-known races.

This is why the Healey's still have this reputation.

The Austin Healeys have proven themselves as exciting sports cars that can hold their own during a serious rally.

But they are also fantastic for a relaxed drive on a beautiful Sunday. They demonstrate real performance and exceptional driving qualities. Surprisingly, they are also comfortable to drive. The best of both worlds, so to speak.

As mentioned above, our '63er is in overall excellent condition. The 3-liter 6-cylinder in-line engine was completely overhauled by professionals and, in combination with the triple carburetor system, delivers wonderful performance.

The same applies to the manual transmission with overdrive.

Of course (like the rest of the car) the chassis has no rust problems and was just as thoroughly restored as the rest of the car. The car was restored only with the best and highest quality materials.

The typical "knock off" secured chrome wire wheels complete the beautiful picture. The black & red exterior over red interior is probably one of the most tasteful combinations possible for this roadster.

Speaking of the interior; All original "smiths" instruments work perfectly. No missing switches or broken dials.

The red leather on all 4 seats, door panels and the dashboard is new, as are all carpets, rubbers, etc.

Behind the seats there is a brand new hood in Sonneland quality. In short, a stylish & sporty roadster in top condition. Ready for the season.
