The 812 Superfast is the successor to the F12 Berlinetta, which was launched in 2012. It is a two-seater super GT with a front engine, rear-wheel drive, and 810 hp at 8500 rpm and 720 Nm at 7000 rpm. The brakes from the LaFerrari would bring the 812 to a stop 5.8 percent faster than the F12, reducing drag and increasing downforce.

De 812 Superfast is de vervanger van de F12 berlinetta die in 2012 werd gelanceerd. Het is een tweezits super GT met motor voorin, achterwielaandrijving en 810 pk bij 8500 tpm en 720 Nm bij 7000 tpm. De remmen van de LaFerrari zouden de 812 maarliefst 5,8 procent sneller tot stilstand brengen dan de F12, de luchtweerstand wordt verminderd en de neerwaartse kracht wordt verhoogd.
